PANINI CON LA MDP

this the recipe is easily adapted to the bread machine that I have to say is really giving me satisfaction even if I use it for the simple mixture of yeast and as a room! The form of forced
bread baked in the camera we do not like much ... but do not despair of finding a solution for small sizes to be cooked in the camera ... I'm looking for suggestions! Meanwhile, these sandwiches here

ingredients

250 gr. sparkling mineral water
50 gr. Oil
a tip of teaspoon of honey (or 1 / 2 of sugar)
1 / 2 packet of dried yeast (I "master baker")
350 gr. 00
100 grams of flour.
of semolina 2 teaspoons salt (10 gr.)

Place ingredients in the order posted in the basket.
I put the basket on the scale and weight of the ingredients right gradually. Set the program
+ yeast mixture (1 h 1 / 2).
Take the dough and deflate it without too much training about 9 rolls (+ - 1)
place them on the baking sheet covered with parchment paper and allow to rise for an hour covered with a cloth in the oven turned off with little light. They should double in volume.
Preheat oven to 220 ° with the bottom of a pot of water, brush the rolls with milk or water, rubbing your hands are wet the edges, possibly put on some sesame seeds, bake for 10 minutes
this temperature e per altri 10 a 175° o finchè saranno ben dorati.
